Please Note: The Phoenix Cremation Package is a limited-service package in terms of  arrangement assistance. This package differs greatly from Clock’s full-service cremation packages. This package is designed for families who are willing to complete arrangements online, or during

 limited time via a conference call or complete the paperwork themselves at Clock Funeral Home’s  location with the assistance of a certified cremation arranger by appointment only.

• Removal of deceased (within Muskegon and Ottawa County) from the place of death 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Arrangement assistance with a certified cremation arranger and basic staff services Monday – Friday’s  only (9am. – 4pm.) No weekends or holidays.
• Necessary authorizations. 
• Basic alternative container to encase the body for cremation. 
• Refrigeration / Shelter of the deceased prior to cremation

• Filing of death certificate.
• Crematory fee is included.
• Required Muskegon or Ottawa County’s Medical Examiner’s cremation permit. 
• Cremated remains will be returned in a plastic container suitable for burial. 
• Obituaries provided by the family will be posted on the Clock Funeral Home website. 
• A death notice will be placed on the Clock Funeral Home website if an obituary is not provided.

• Insurance Assignment Fee - 3% of claim
• Mailing of Human Cremated Remains in USA: - $100.00
• Death Certificates; Ottawa County $15.00 / $6.00   Muskegon County    $20.00 / $10.00 
• Witness of Cremation at Crematory-  $100.00 
• If the deceased weighs more than 300 pounds  - $250.00
