A Simple, Limited-Service Cremation Option

The Phoenix Cremation Package is designed for families who want a simple, dignified cremation at an affordable price. To keep the cost low, arrangements are completed online, by conference call, or by appointment at Clock Funeral Home with a certified cremation arranger. Arrangement assistance is available Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., excluding weekends and holidays.

What's Included in the $1,995 Phoenix Cremation Package

• Transfer of your loved one into our care within Muskegon or Ottawa County, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Arrangement assistance with a certified cremation arranger and basic staff services, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. No weekends or holidays.
• Preparation of necessary authorizations.
• Basic alternative container for cremation.
• Refrigeration and shelter of your loved one prior to cremation.
  

• Filing of the death certificate.
• Crematory fee included.
• Muskegon or Ottawa County Medical Examiner cremation permit included.
• Cremated remains returned in a plastic container suitable for burial.
• An obituary provided by the family will be posted on the Clock Funeral Home website.
• If an obituary is not provided, a death notice will be posted on our website.
  

Additional Services & Fees

The following charges apply only when these additional services are requested or necessary:

• insurance assignment: 3% of the amount assigned
• Mailing cremated remains within the U.S.: $100
• Death certificates: Ottawa County $15 first copy / $6 each additional copy; Muskegon County $20 first copy / $10 each additional copy
• Witnessing the cremation: $100
• Additional charge when the deceased weighs more than 300 pounds: $250
