Jo was such a great friend to my mom Betty Tourre LeBlanc. She would. Meet me for lunch on my moms Birthday to remember her. We couldn’t meet in recent years due to Covid and her health. I just tried to call her and saw this obituary. I am so saddened by her death. She was such a wonderful fun caring person. Amy Farrell Betty’s daughter.
