Mr. Deshawn E. Brown, age 46, passed away after battling with pancreas cancer on Sunday, January 22, 2022 at Mercy Campus. Deshawn was born on October 23, 1975 to the union of Howard Brown and Bertha Mae (Godwin) Brown in Roanoke, VA. He accepted Christ at an early age and attended Redeeming Life Ministries under the leadership of Pastor Christopher Robinson. He enjoyed working, and spending time with his family. Deshawn was employed by Transfer Tools in Grand Haven as a Machinist. He was a great creative person that had many ideas for others. Deshawn was a fighter even when he was ill, he kept the faith and believe in Jesus Christ.

Deshawn leaves to cherish in memories his loving wife, Nina Brooks-Brown; Emanuel Brooks- Brown, Deshawa Williams. Delaney Brown; father, Howard Brown; mother in law, Melissa Irving; stepchildren, Artavia Williams, LaNina Brooks, and Harmony Brooks; brothers, Christopher Brown, Jermaine Brown, and Deondre Brown, Dwight Brown; sisters, Juanitta Brown- Walton, Cassandra Brown, Ebony Brown, Porchia Brown, special friends, Eldred Brooks and Moon; a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his mother Bertha Mae Brown
SERVICE
A FUNERAL SERVICE for Deshawn will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday February 8, 2022, Redeeming Life Ministries, 2508 Glade St, Muskegon Heights, MI 49444 with Pastor Christopher Robinson, officiating. Burial will take place at Restlawn Cemetery. Repast will be in Clock Family Center
VISITATION
A Visitation for Deshawn will be held at 2pm-5pm on Monday February 7, 2022 Clock Funeral Home Inc., 1469 Peck St, Muskegon, MI 49441.
