Zachary Mark Peterson

Zachary Mark Peterson, age 16, died Friday, December 19, 2008, at his home, surrounded by family and loved ones. Born February 6, 1992, in Muskegon, to Robert Jr. and Christine (Memmott) Peterson, Zach was a Junior at Montague High School, where he was involved with DECA and the Montague Varsity Soccer team. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church where he served as a Eucharistic minister. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, James & Annette Memmott. FAMILY: His parents, Robert & Christine Peterson; 2 sisters, Stephanie (Joseph) Reavey of Montague and Maria Peterson; 3 brothers, Lucas (Billie Jo) Peterson of Montague, Jacob Peterson and Joseph Peterson; grandparents, Robert & Carol Peterson of Rothbury; nephew, Gabriel Reavey; nieces, Emma Peterson, Adilynn Peterson and Grace Reavey; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. FUNERAL LITURGY: Tuesday, December 23, 2008, at 11:00 AM, at St. James Catholic Church, with the Rev. Fr. Donn P. Tufts presiding. VISITING HOURS: Monday, 2-4 & 6-8 PM, at St. James Catholic Church, 5179 Dowling St., Montague. A PRAYER VIGIL SERVICE will be held at Monday, 6:30 PM, at the church.
