Ms. Yalanda Lynne Anthony, age 56, passed away Friday, November 22, 2019. She was born in Muskegon, MI on July 20, 1963 to Charles & Landie (Potts) Walters. Ms. Anthony had been employed as a Nurses Consultant for various hospitals throughout California and later worked for AAA in Muskegon. Yalanda liked to sing in the church choir & keeping a neat & clean home. She also enjoyed watching her son's football games and her daughter performances. Yalanda loved the Lord and showered her children with his spirit. SURVIVORS Sons, Ronald (Tamarah) Taylor Jr. of Virginia, Sylvester "Chuckie" Anthony of Detroit; daughter, LaPrea (Nicholas Brown) Anthony of Muskegon; parents, Charles & Landie Walters; grandchildren, Ronald III, Sean, Brayden, Mylo-Benaiah; sister, Reenita (Renay) Gardner of Muskegon; nephews, Charles "CJ" Walters, Renay Gardner, Robert Gardner. She was preceded in death by her brother, Charles Jr.; nephews, Shontario Whimper. SERVICE Private family services will be held.
