Seitz III, Mr. William E. "Bill" Norton Shores Mr. William E. "Bill" Seitz III, age 26, passed away Sunday, July 5, 2015. He was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan on August 23, 1988 to William & Teresa (Underwood) Seitz. Bill had been employed at Metal Arc in Fruitport. He enjoyed visiting the casino and playing disc golf. His smile and fun nature will be greatly missed.
