William Plekes

William D. 'Bill' Plekes, age 55, passed away at home on July 23, 2007. Bill was preceded in death by his parents John Sr. and Maxine Plekes. He is survived by a brother, John Jr. (Jean) Plekes, and a sister, Myrna (Gordy) Zielinski, along with several nieces and nephews. Bill was a member of the Sons of the Veterans, Post 446, along with being a avid sports fan. Cremation has taken place, and a memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 28, 2007 at 11:00 a.m. at the Family Bible Church, 951 W. Laketon Ave. with the Reverend Jerry DePoy officiating. Visitation will be held at the church one hour before the service from 10 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial contributions may be directed to the Family Bible Church or Faith Bible Church.
