William Jay Nehring

NEHRING, MR. WILLIAM J. Mr. William J. Nehring, age 66, died Friday, April 9, 2004 in Anderson, IN. He was born in Chicago, IL on December 17, 1937 to William & Elsie Dick Nehring and married the former Anna Borum on June 27, 2003 in Grand Haven. Mr. Nehring had been employed at the former Story and Clark Piano Company and then in the Housekeeping Department at North Ottawa Community Hospital. He was a member of Second Christian Reformed Church and had served his country in the US Army and Michigan National Guard. SURVIVORS Wife, Anna Borum Nehring; 1 step son, Mike Cathy Borum of Frankton, IN; 3 step daughters, Pam Steve Savage of Elwood, IN, Linda Tobey Hobbs of Frankton, IN and Amy Ryan Webb of Frankton, IN; 10 step grandchildren; 3 step great grandchildren; 3 nieces, Peggy Guy Qualls, Paula Glenn Fekken and Kristan Dean Mulder; 4 nephews, Craig Elizabeth Reenders, Kevin Jeanne Reenders, Keith Karen Reenders and Chad Reenders; 1 brother, Richard Marilyn Nehring; 1 aunt, Gladys Nehring; 1 brother in law, Dean Karen Reenders and his mother in law, Theresa Reenders. He was preceded in death by his first wife Teddy Reenders Nehring, son, Robert Jay Nehring and father in law, Gerald Reenders. SERVICE Saturday, April 17, 2004, 11:00 AM at Clock Funeral Home with Rev. Eugene Los officiating. Interment at Lake Forest Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday, 2-4 & 7-9 PM at Clock Funeral Home.
