William Hitsman Sr.

Mr. William A. Hitsman Sr., age 84, passed away Thursday, October 23, 2014. He was born in Grand Haven, MI on August 4, 1930 to Guy & Helen (Mulder) Hitsman and served his country in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. William married the former Clara Anne Moore on April 10, 2005 and had been employed at Teledyne Continental Motors in the test house for 20 years until retiring. He attended Fruitport Bethel Baptist Church and was a member of the V.F.W Honor Guard. William loved the outdoors and gardening but foremost was always his family. SURVIVORS Wife, Clara; son, William Hitsman Jr. of OR; daughters, Martha (Michael) Jundt of TX & Debra (Terry) Spark of FL; many grandchildren & great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Marion; 3 brothers and 3 sisters. SERVICE Per his request, no services will be held.
