William T. Brolick

BROLICK, SR., MR. WILLIAM THEODORE West Olive Mr. William Theodore Brolick, Sr., age 87, died Friday, February 11, 2005. He was born in Chicago, IL on May 22, 1917 to John & Mary Grum Brolick & married the former Bianca Bernar on January 19, 1944 in Chicago, IL. Mr. Brolick was an honored veteran for his service in the Army Air Corps during WWII. He had worked at Bastian Blessing for 25 years as a Superintendent until retiring in September of 1979. He was a member of St. Patricks Catholic Church, served on the board of the original Agnew School & was past Treasurer of Slovene National Benefit Society. Bill had a great love of singing & playing the accordion. His family & friends will remember the many times he entertained them with his music. Bill also had a passion for all sports & enjoyed the outdoors. SURVIVORS Wife, Bianca; 4 sons, Emil Maureen Brolick of Southern CA, Tony Beth Brolick of Elk Rapids, MI, Bill Teresa Brolick, Jr. of Grand Haven & John JudyBrolick of Denton, TX; 1 daughter, Elaine Dale Brandenburg of Ann Arbor; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Frank, Henry 1 sister, Sophia Fitzpatrick & by a grandson, Peter. SERVICE Tuesday, February 15, 2005, 10:30 AM at St. Patricks Catholic Church with Fr. William Langlois officiating. Interment at Grand Haven Township Historic Cemetery. VISITATION Monday, 6-9 PM with a Scripture Service at 7:30 PM at Clock Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: St. Patricks Catholic Church or Hospice of North Ottawa.
