THOMPSON, MR. WAYNE R. Norton Shores Mr. Wayne R. Thompson, age 63, died Wednesday, September 29, 2004. He was born in Blairsville, PA on September 1, 1941 to Wayne G. & Jane Smay Thompson & married the former Sue Jellison on January 11, 1964. Mr. Thompson had been employed as a Controller at S.D. Warren for 30 years until retiring in 1996. He currently worked at Goodwill Industries. He enjoyed golf, traveling, painting but, very special to him, were his grandchildren. SURVIVORS Wife, Sue; 3 sons, Matt Joell Thompson of Kentwood, MI, Mike Carrie Thompson of Manistee & Mark Thompson of Muskegon; 1 daughter, Susan Jim Champoux of Muskegon; 6 grandchildren, Emma, Mattie, Elizabeth, Gracie, Kimberly Mother, Jane Thompson of PA; 3 sisters, Jane Bruce Dallara of FL, Terri Tom Love of PA & Chrissy Rich Winters of PA; 3 brothers, Bill Lois Thompson of PA, Ron Ellie Thompson of FL & Tom Rhonda Thompson of OH; many nieces & nephews.
