Wayne Mclaughlin

Mr. Wayne T. McLaughlin, age 81, passed away Tuesday, October 25, 2011. He was born in Shelbyville, Indiana on June 30, 1930 to James & Margaret (Thompson) McLaughlin and served his country in the US Army. Mr. McLaughlin had been the owner at Ships Rail Restaurant for 40 years. He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed sports. SURVIVORS Children, Tina (George) Edlund of New Era, Wayne McLaughlin Jr. of Muskegon, Todd McLaughlin of Muskegon, Kevin (Heather) McLaughlin of Holland; 13 grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren; brothers, Paul & Robert; sisters, Shirley & Virginia; former wife of 28 years, Loretta; best friend, Jimbo Zinski; special friend, Zack. He was preceded in death by his parents and son, Michael. GRAVESIDE SERVICE Friday, November 4, 2011, 1:00 PM at Mona View Cemetery with Pastor Wes Spike officiating.
