Vivian E. Rosencrants

Mrs. Vivian E. Rosencrants, age 82, went peacefully to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, March 8. 2008. She was born July 29, 1925 in LaPorte, IN to Dwaine and Edna (Heiden) Stevens. Vivian had been employed at Howmet for 33 years and was a member of Calvary Church, Fruitport MI. After retirement , she volunteered several years at Hackley Hospital and enjoyed many traveling adventures with her brother Dwaine Stevens. She faithfully attended exercise classes at the Mercy Pulmonary Center. During the winter months she was a loyal fan of her grandsons hockey teams rarely missing a game. SURVIVORS 4 sons, Michael (Susan) of Ca, Robert V. (LuAnn) of Muskegon, Karl D. of Chicago, Scott (Nancy) of Fruitport; 3 daughters, Vicki (James) McElfish, Dawn (Randy) Cato, Theda (Adam) Verhulst, all of Muskegon, 14 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; 2 brothers, Dwaine and Robert Stevens. SERVICE Thursday, March 13, 2008, 2:00 PM, at Calvary Church-Fruitport, with Pastor Bill Rudd officiating. Interment at Laketon Township Cemetery. VISITATION Wednesday, 4-8 PM, at the Clock Life Story Funeral Home-Muskegon and Thursday, at the Church, 1-2 PM. MEMORIAL: In lieu of flowers, Calvary Church.
