Mrs. Virginia Rose Potter, age 83, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015. She was born in Beulah, Michigan on September 13, 1931 to Robert & Amy (Humphrey) McNich. Mrs. Potter had been the owner and operator of Cricket's Cleaning for years. Virginia enjoyed bowling, shopping, ceramics and puzzles whose 8 children and many grand and great grandchildren were the light of her life. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Children, Diana Kirby, Robert (Priscilla) Butcher Sr., Rebecca (Randy) Todd, Janet Potter, Larry (Terri) Potter, Regina (Tom) Nelson, Jeffrey (Brenda) Potter, Jennifer (Robert) Melvin; 25 grandchildren; 37 great grandchildren; 4 great great grandchildren; sister, Margaret Keltner and many extended family members. She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Dale Richter; great grandchild, Elizjah Butcher; brother, Alfred Currier; sons-in-law, Merton Sibley and Michael Christensen. SERVICE Thursday, June 11, 2015, 11:00 am at the Clock Chapel - Grand Haven with Pastor Tim Jones officiating. VISITATION Wednesday, June 10, 2015, 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm & Thursday, one hour prior to the service at Clock Funeral Home-Grand Haven. MEMORIAL: To the family or Hospice of your choice.
