Vera Norris

Mrs. Vera S. Norris, age 88, passed away Thursday, November 4, 2010 in Florida. She was born in Baltimore, MD on December 21, 1921 to Harry & Margaret (Harris) Ensor and married Charles William Norris on February 26, 1944. Mrs. Norris had been a teacher until retiring in 1986. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church of Fruitport and will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Son, Richard (Pat) Norris of IN; daughter, Sandee (James) Portenga of FL; 5 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles in 2008. SERVICE Wednesday, November 24, 2010, 1:00 PM at Bethel Baptist Church of Fruitport with Rev. Steve Worth officiating. Interment at Fruitport Cemetery.
