Thomas Jones Sr.

Mr. Thomas Richards Jones, age 87, passed away Thursday, May 21, 2015. He was born in Muskegon, Michigan on February 23, 1928 to Harry & Bess (Richards) Jones and married the former Sally Lundeen on April 7, 1951. Mr. Jones was the owner of Jones Sporting Goods for years until retiring. Thomas was a member of First Congregational Church UCC, longtime member of Rotary and the Muskegon Country Club. SURVIVORS Wife of 64 years, Sally; daughter, Suzanne (Alan) Kastl of Clinton Township; sons, Rick Jones of Muskegon & Bruce (Theresa) Jones of Muskegon; grandchildren, Lindsey (Justin) Troyer, Jeff (Katie) Kastl, Benjamin Jones, Alissa Jones & Nathaniel Jones; great grandchildren, Mason, Mallory & Maeve. SERVICE Tuesday, May 26, 2015, 11:00 am with visitation one hour prior to the service at First Congregational Church UCC with Rev. Timothy D. Vander Haar officiating.
