Theresa "Tracy" Shelkey Decheney

Mrs. Theresa Marie "Tracy" DeCheney, age 48, passed away Sunday, May 29, 2016. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on August 13, 1967 to Lester & Joyce (Gowen) Shelkey and married Robert DeCheney Jr. on May 26, 1990. Tracy graduated from Fruitport High School in 1985 & had been a Co-Owner of Mills Distributing. Tracy enjoyed the sunshine, palm trees, the casino, spending time with her nieces and loved watching her husband drag race. She loved life and lived it to the fullest but most of all her son, Bobby was her life. SURVIVORS Husband Bob; son, Bobby DeCheney III; mother, Joyce Shelkey; mother-in-law, Linda (Carl Quinn) DeCheney; sister, Terri Shelkey Strait; brother-in-law, Marvin DeCheney; sister-in-law, Valerie (Philip) DeCheney Thompson; nieces, Alexis & Alayna Thompson; nephew, Zachary Strait; special family, Brent (Sara) DeCheney and children, Alexa, Aubrey & Brent Jr.; aunts & uncles, Clyde (Mae) Shelkey, Ron (Donna) Shelkey, Susan (Bob) Smith, Gloria (Eugene) Crain, Doris (Chuck) Johnston, Nancy (Russ) Schneider. She was preceded in death by her father, Lester; daughter, Brook Summer and grandparents. SERVICE Thursday, June 2, 2016, 5:00 pm with visitation one hour prior to the service at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Michael Schultz officiating.
