Theresa A. Beardsley

Mrs. Theresa A. Beardsley, age 77, passed away Monday, December 24, 2007. She was born on April 2, 1930 to Elwood and Anna (Deroy) Pease in Hart, MI. Mrs. Beardsley enjoyed reading, baking, and watching western movies. On October 31, 1947 she married her husband Stewart, and he preceded her in death on March 23, 1979. SURVIVORS include 14 children, Cherry (Ted) Walker, Ruth (Donald) West, Marcia (Dan) Meloche, Theresa (Christopher) Sauer, Margaret Beardsley, Susan (Randy) Grow, Stewart (Nancy) Beardsley, Floyd (Rosemary) Beardsley, John (Lori) Beardsley, Dan Beardsley, Richard (Terri) Beardsley, Michael Beardsley, Erwin (Mary) Beardsley, and Rodney Beardsley; 29 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren; 3 sisters, Dorothy Fox, Helen Slyuter, and Marcia Ames; and 2 half-brothers. She was also preceded in death by 2 infants, Patricia Dawn and Carol Jean; her sister, Jean; and son-in-law, Ted. FUNERAL SERVICE will be 11 AM Saturday at The Lee Chapel Sytsema Funeral Homes, Inc. 6291 S. Harvey St. Norton Shores, MI 49441 with Pastor Randy Murphy officiating. VISITATION with the family will be 6-8 PM Friday. BURIAL will be at Mona View Cemetery. MEMORIALS to National Kidney Foundation would be appreciated.
