Mr. Theodore Barrett, age 86, passed away Saturday, April 4, 2015. He was born in Highland Park, Illinois on January 12, 1929 to DeLafalle & Mignon (Murray) Barrett and married the former Elsa Johnson on September 1, 1950. Mr.Barrett had been employed as a tool designer for Midwest Machine and retired as Vice President. Theodore was a member of Samuel Lutheran Church, Muskegon Elks and Vikings. Ted volunteered for the American Red Cross and raised money for Unicef and enjoyed bowling, hunting, fishing, boating, playing cards and Indy Car Races. SURVIVORS Daughters, Claudia (Don) Barrett-Anderson of Fraser MI, Paula (David) Legard of North Muskegon; grandchildren, Jessica Klotz, Abigail (Nicholas) Farwig; great grandchildren, Ava, Gabby, Alley; sister, Barb (Russ) Reckell; several nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Elsa in 2009; grandsons, Thomas Pardo & Theodore Cooper; brother, Murray; sisters, Betty & Sylvia. SERVICE Thursday, April 9, 2015, 1:00 pm at the Clock Chapel - Muskegon with Rev. Marcy Miller officiating. VISITATION Wednesday, April 8, 2015, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm & 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm at Clock Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: American Red Cross.
