Loera
Terri Lynn
Muskegon, Michigan
Terri Lynn Loera, age 57, passed away Thursday, July 20, 2023. She was born in Muskegon, MI on January 4, 1965 to Terry Gillen and Patricia (Schopieray) Wiggers. She was raised by Dave Wiggers and Patricia. She married Jose Loera in 2004. She attended Muskegon Public Schools and in her younger years worked in Auto Sales. Terri Loera had been employed as a CNA and transitioned to a home health care worker for many years.
Terri and Joe had an open door policy, their house was always a place of gathering. She would cook meals with the intention of feeding many. Someone was always coming by to enjoy her cooking. She was an incredible counter to Joe's fun loving attitude with her wit and sass. She was never afraid to tell anyone how it was. If you ran into her at The Clover Bar you knew. To know her was to love her. Terri was a member of Unquenchable Fire and Ministry and greatly enjoyed playing bingo at Select Auditorium. She was a mother figure to many, but being a grandma was her biggest joy. She was very passionate, stubborn, driven, and loved her family.
She is proceeded in death by her husband Jose Loera; dad, Dave Wiggers; father, Terry Gillen; daughter, Brittney Potter; and brother, Raymond Wiggers.
