Teresa Tilmann Anderson, age 82, of Eugene, OR passed away on June 8 at her home. Teresa was born on November 28th, 1940 in Beal City, MI, the daughter of John and Emma (Schmidt) Tilmann. She married Francis P. Schiller on December 27th, 1961. Teresa was a graduate of Beal City High School and Mercy Central Nursing School in Grand Rapids, MI. She had worked as a Registered Nurse in Lansing, MI, Coos Bay, OR, Medford, OR, Washington DC, and Eugene, OR. After her first husband died, she married Cliff Anderson on November 23rd, 1990 in MI. After Cliff died in 1998, she moved back to Oregon in May 1999. Teresa made, sold, and gave away many items of jewelry, including rosaries. She also painted watercolor pictures, volunteered for Hospice and the local hospital. Her other hobbies were line dancing, calligraphy, and published writing.

SURVIVORS

Teresa is survived by four children: Julie (Leo), Susie, Chris (Renee), Peter (Martha), and eight grandchildren, Paul, Michael, David, Mary, Garret, Devon, Kelly and Logan.

SERVICE

A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, June 27, 2023 at Our Lady of the Assumption Catholic Church in Rothbury, MI with Father Dennis O'Donnell and Deacon Greg Anderson officiating. Internment will follow in Our Lady of Assumption cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Cascade Hospice or Cascade Manor in Eugene, OR.
