Teresa Abel

Mrs. Teresa Ellen Abel, age 63, passed away Sunday, March 23, 2014. She was born in Hillsdale, MI on June 8, 1950 to Myrland "Moon" & Ruthetta (Torrey) Grimm and married Stephen Abel. Mrs. Abel had been a secretary at Wesley School for 32 years. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother who was a member of the "Ladies" Book Club and was an avid knitter and gardener. She enjoyed reading, traveling and the outdoors. But foremost was always her family. SURVIVORS Husband, Stephen; sons, Matthew (Samantha) Abel of Grand Rapids, Stephen "Chip" (Bobbie) Abel of WI; daughter, Sarah (Nicholas Winsemius) Abel of Holland; grandchildren, Tyler, Kayla, Dylan, Abby, Zachary, Lucy; father, Myrland "Moon" Grimm of Hillsdale; sister, Janet (Robert) Stinson of FL; several nieces and nephews.
