Miss Tanyia J. Moore, age 2, passed away Friday, January 10, 2014 at Helen DeVos Children's Hospital. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI on May 25, 2011 to Tyrie Moore & Taylor Nordstrom. Tanyia was dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
