Tanner Michael Lofquist

d. June 4, 2026

In Loving Memory of Tanner Michael Lofquist October 8, 2008 - June 4, 2026 Tanner Michael Lofquist, age 17, passed away unexpectedly on June 4, 2026. Though his time on earth was far too short, Tanner touched countless lives with his kind heart, genuine spirit, and infectious smile. Tanner is survived by his father, John Lofquist Jr. (Kelly Ortiz); his mother, Becca Voss (Brandon Ross); and his three sisters, Jayla Lofquist, Lindsay Lofquist, and Jasmine Lofquist. He is also survived by his grandparents, John and Sharon Lofquist, Michael Voss, and Mary and Wallace Smith; eight aunts, eight uncles, and thirty cousins who loved him dearly. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Sue Voss. Tanner was a genuine soul with a huge heart. He had a passion for cars, dirt bikes, motorcycles-anything that went fast. Whether he was talking about engines, riding, or dreaming about his next adventure, his enthusiasm was impossible to miss. He cherished spending time with his friends, fishing with his dad, and making memories on family vacations. Tanner also treasured the long conversations he shared with his mom, moments that will be forever held close in her heart. More than anything, Tanner will be remembered for the love he gave so freely to those around him. His presence brought joy, laughter, and comfort to family and friends alike. The hole left in our hearts is immense, and he will be deeply missed every day. Yet we find peace and comfort in our faith, knowing that one day we will see Tanner again in Heaven. Forever loved. Forever missed. Forever in our hearts. Celebration of Life will be held at Bob Hi, 2930 S Getty, Muskegon, MI 49444 on Sunday, June 14, 2026. From 1:00 pm till 5:00 pm
