Sylvia Bunch Johnson

Johnson, Mrs. Sylvia Bunch Twin Lake Mrs. Sylvia Bunch Johnson, age 97, passed away Sunday, July 25, 2021. She was born in Mississippi, MO on April 5, 1924 to Marvin & Gussie (Watson) Luckett and married William Bunch on May 2, 1942 and he preceded her in death on October 24, 1993. She later married Orville Johnson Sr. on June 3, 1995 and he preceded her in death in death on October 23, 2004. Mrs. Johnson worked in the fabric department at J.C. Penny's and then managed Jo Ann fabrics until retiring. Sylvia was a member of Central Assembly of God for 63 years, where she was a longtime sunday school superintendent. Sylvia was known for her fashionable attire & her collections of antique dolls, dishes, Hummels & Precious Moments. She loved shopping on QVC, sewing wedding dresses and making beautful quilts. SURVIVORS Nephew, Charles Luckett & family; niece, Wilma Luckett Overweg & family; step-children, Betty Johnson & family; Orville Johnson, Jr. & family. Sylvia also leaves behind her extended, very loving caregivers, Pastor Wally & Val Reames, and their family. She was preceded in death by her first husband, William Bunch in 1993 & her second husband, Orville Johnson, Jr. in 2004; brothers, Paul, Garland & James Luckett.
