Susie P. (Petrie) Hunt, 97 years old, born March 5, 1924, to Flint & Margaret Petrie, went peacefully to be with our Lord on January 1, 2022, at the Poppen House. SURVIVORS She leaves behind a daughter, Sherry Chesebro of Holton, MI; grandchildren, Scott (Deborah) Chesebro, Mark Chesebro, Jeffery (Brandi) Chesebro, & Tempra Chesebro; great-grandchildren, Shanna, Scott II, Nicholas, Kayla, Brandi, Jessica, Jeff II, Blake, Zackary, Taylor, Amber; 22 great-grandchildren; sister, Marge Beekman of New Jersey; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by great-grandsons, Phillip & Jordan; 2 sisters & 2 brothers. SERVICE A celebration of her long life will be held at Christ the Rock Church of Montague, 6985 Indian Bay Rd on January 16, at 2 pm.
