RUSSELL, MRS. SUE OXFORD N. Muskegon Sue Oxford Russell, wife of Dr. Thomas J. Russell, passed away on Friday, Sept. 30, 2005. Sue was born to Asa and Vida White Oxford on Nov. 5, 1925 in Grand Rapids. She graduated from South High School, where she met her future husband, Tom, and Grand Rapids Junior College. She was an originator of Hackley Hostess Group, the Woman's and Children's Fund of the Greater Muskegon Service League and Hackley Free Bed. She loved skiing, tennis and traveling, especially to Australia. She was kind, compassionate and caring. She will be missed by her many friends. SURVIVORS She is survived by her loving husband of 59 years; her beloved daughter and grandson, Sally and Simon Russell of Melbourne, Australia; and her beloved son and family, Tim, Laurie and Hailey of N. Muskegon and Cody and Chelsea Russell of Arizona. Her parents and sister, Tedde Hall of Grand Rapids, preceded her in death. Other survivors include her sisters, Luce Bill Brown and Joyce Palasek of California; nieces and nephews and special friend, Gwen. SERVICE At Sue's request, the family will hold a private service. Memorials may be considered for Muskegon Oceana Hospice or the Woman's and Children's Fund of the Greater Muskegon Service League. Clock-Muskegon
