Pastor Stephen Owen Worth, age 60, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2015. He was born in East Grand Rapids, Michigan on January 1, 1955 to John & Bonnie (Machuta) Worth and married the former Sandra Lou McCann on May 28, 1977. Pastor Worth has been a minister for Bethel Baptist Church of Fruitport as well as Calvary Baptist Church in Ashland, Ohio. Stephen had a strong passion for his ministry, loved the outdoors, hiking and spending time with his family. SURVIVORS wife, Sandra Worth; sons, Benjamin Worth, Mark (Katie) Worth; daughters, Heather Worth, Cassandra (Clinton Schieler) Worth; grandchildren, Eden Worth, Titus Worth; father, John & stepmother, Carol. He was preceded in death by his mother Bonnie Jean. SERVICE Wednesday, August 26, 2015, 11:00 am at Bethel Baptist Church of Fruitport with Pastor Bruce Rose officiating.
