Stella Sibson passed away peacefully at home on August 30th at the age of 85 after

visiting with her daughters and grandchildren. Up until the end she was surrounded by

loved ones who will always cherish her memory and remember the wonderful life she

led. She is with her dearly departed husband John Sibson and is now at peace.

Stella worked for 15 years at Howmet Aerospace and led a distinguished career there.

However, her most precious legacy both before and after her time there was her family.

She is survived by 4 daughters, and 8 grandchildren who will miss her dearly.

She adored the outdoors whether it was in her carefully tended yard or down at the

beach, especially when she was with her family. At home, she loved sewing, knitting,

and crocheting, and spent many hours making all kinds of items. In her downtime, she

loved puzzles of all kinds. From crossword puzzles to word games, she loved the

challenge and spent many hours testing herself. She also developed a love for animals,

and the wildlife and her cats brought her much joy.

Stella was cremated privately and will be dearly missed by her family.
