Stanley Clyde Schnepp, age 86, passed away Thursday, August 3, 2023. He was born in Holt, MI on August 1, 1937 to Audley & Gretchen (Stevens) Schnepp and graduated from Holt High School and Eastern Michigan University. He married the former Sharon French on August 31, 1957. She preceded him in death in 2019, as did his grandson Steven in 2010. Stan worked as an Occupational Therapist for Muskegon Public Schools for many years and also served as a coach for various swim teams at the schools. During the summers he worked for Muskegon Parks and Recreations and also served as a Boy Scout Troop leader for developmentally challenged kids. Stan enjoyed golfing, swimming, fishing, word search puzzels and drawing elborate doodles for everyone he met. He loved camping, singing campfire songs, making ice igloos and telling stories that had a lesson. Stan had been a longtime member at McGraft Congregational Church and recently joined First Congregational Church. He was a pillar in his community, and he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Son, Shawn Schnepp; Daughters Wendi Burns, Heidi (Leon) Pierce; 15 grandchildren, Sara, Peter, Daniel, Bryan, Britani, Laura, Rachel, Samantha, David, Donielle, Jasmyn, Sophia, Andrew, Amy; 39 Great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; Brother, Roy Schnepp; Sister Hope Moran, sister-in-law Cathy Parisian, and many nieces and nephews.
