Stacy Gill, age 81, passed away Thursday, November 30, 2023. He was born in West Point, MS on March 5, 1942 one of ten children born to Martin & Arveria (Wilson). He attended Muskegon High School and eventually completed his G.E.D. Stacy had been employed at the Consumers Power BC Cobb plant until retiring. Stacy was a very proud man who enjoyed the cars he owned through the years. He also liked watching old television shows, like Gunsmoke, looking at family photos, sharing stories of his youth, and playing bingo. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

SURVIVORS

Children, Ellery (Susan) Gill, Galan (Helen) Wortham, Samantha (Troy) Norman, Dwayne (Jessie Mae) Watkins; 25 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren; brother Willie (Gertrude) Gill; former spouse, Lottie Aikens-Jones, and many nieces and nephews. Stacy was preceded in death by his grandchildren Kasey Gill and Keyla Watkins, as well as his siblings, Robert, Billy Ray, James, Theotis, Mary, Veria, Jessie and Bertha.

SERVICE

Saturday, December 9, 2023, 12 Noon at Clock Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry DePoy officiating. Interment in Restlawn Cemetery. VISITATION will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
