Shilah Koster

Mrs. Shilah K. Koster, age 69, passed away, Thursday, August 18, 2011. She was born in Ionia, MI on January 3, 1942 to Stanley & Norma (Dubey) Frisbie. She graduated from Grand Haven High School in 1960 and married Robert Koster December 13, 1968. They moved to the Upper Peninsula in 1977. Shilah was employed by various companies including Clark Floor Machine and then at Meade Paper until her retirement in 2005. She moved back to the Fruitport area in 2008 to be by family & friends. SURVIVORS Brothers, Stanley Frisbie, Richard (Randi) Frisbie; sisters, Jo-Lynn (Ron) DeYoung, Sandie (Joe) Borgeson; step-children, Bonnie Vokal, Robert Koster, Brenda (Gary) Slagle, Becky (Karel) Justian; sister-in-law, Kay (Norm) Brown; brothers-in-law, Jack (Joan) Koster, Bruce (Linda) Koster; grandchildren, great grandchildren, many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert on May 13, 1999. SERVICE There will be no visitation or service per Shilah's request
