Mrs. Sheila (McKinnon) Wilke, age 70, passed away Monday, March 25, 2013. She was born in Long Island, NY on April 13, 1942 to Theodore & Clara (Diaz) Wells. She married John McKinnon. Following John's passing in 2003, she married Ronald Wilke. Mrs. Wilke had been employed as kitchen staff at Muskegon Regional Center and was an Activity Aid for the Grand Rapids Home for Veterans. She was a loving and caring person who always had a smile on her face along with a positive attitude. She enjoyed car shows, gardening, fishing and her family. She will be greatly missed by many who loved her. SURVIVORS Husband, Ron; sons, John (Shelly) McKinnon of Lake Odessa, Robert (Kelly) McKinnon of Whitehall; 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; sisters, Janet Howard of Muskegon, Maryann (Tony) Hoopingarner of FL; brothers, Theodore (Rita) Wells of NY, William (Joan) Wells of FL, James (Nancy) Wells of NY; stepchildren, Debra (Gary) Faucher of Rothbury, Don (Nora) Wilke, Dee Langlois, Julie (Scott) Benkert; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a first husband, John; son, Walter; mother, Clara Anna Diaz Wells Foster; brother David. SERVICE Saturday, March 30, 2013, 11:00 AM at Holton United Methodist Church, 9530 Holton Duck Lake Rd, with Rev. Jerry Selleck officiating. Interment at East Dalton Oakhill Cemetery. VISITATION Friday, 6-8 PM at Clock Funeral Home-Muskegon and 1 hour prior to the service at the church.
