DEPUNG, MRS. SHARON LYNNE Spring Lake Mrs. Sharon Lynne Depung, age 67, went to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ Tuesday, February 8, 2005. She was born in Grand Rapids, MI on November 20, 1937 to Paul & Thelma Tidd McGuire & married Ronald Depung on November 24, 1955. Mrs. Depung was a homemaker & a longtime member of First Congregational Church of Fruitport. She enjoyed reading, gardening, interior decorating and traveling. Sharon loved the Lord and had a servitude spirit. As a Pastor's wife for over 30 years, she was involved with teaching Ladies Fellowship, Choir Director & Youth Leader, but first and foremost was her family. SURVIVORS Husband, Pastor Ron; 4 sons, Ron Jr. of Spring Lake, David of Grand Rapids, Thomas Francena of Muskegon & Scott Monica of Fruitport; 2 daughters, Suzanne Jerry Smant of Nunica & Kristi Mike Simmons of Grandville, MI; 19 grandchildren; 2 sisters, Kathy Schiedel of Grand Rapids & Sue Pawloski of Grand Rapids; 3 brothers, Paul Ella McGuire of Wyoming, MI, Thomas McGuire of CO & Jim Donna McGuire of Beaverton, MI; several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by a sister, Donna Davis. SERVICE Sunday, March 6, 2005, 2:00 PM at Spring Lake High School Aud with Rev. Ronald DePung officiating. Interment at Rosedale Memorial Park.
