Sharon Lynn Cooke

Cooke, Mrs Sharon Lynn North Muskegon Mrs Sharon Lynn Cooke, age 78, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, April 27, 2020. She was born in Muskegon, MI on March 21, 1942, to Leon & Marguerite (Anderson) Boyle and married David Cooke on June 17, 1961. Sharon was a 1959 graduate of Muskegon High School where she received the CW Marsh Athletic Cup for Girls. Mrs Cooke was a member of First Evangelical Lutheran Church and enjoyed her Bunco Club friends. Sharon was the ultimate sports wife, mother and grandmother. She could always be found in the stands cheering on her family at football, baseball, basketball, softball, soccer, swimming and volleyball games. Through the years she supported the Muskegon Big Reds, WMU Broncos, Whitehall Vikings, North Muskegon Norsemen, Reeths Puffer Rockets, MCC Jayhawks, NMU Wildcats and the Hope Flying Dutchman. Sharon will be deeply missed by all who knew her. SURVIVORS Husband, David Cooke, sons, Jeff (Kim) Cooke, Greg (Kim) Cooke & Mark Cooke; daughter, Christine Livingston; 13 grandchildren, Rylee, Jesse, Josee, Greg Jr., Nick, Kyle, Drake, Chase, Chelsea, Johnathon, Joshua, Grace & Alexis; great grandchild, Peyton; brother, Jim (Jane) Boyle; many nieces, nephews & cousins.
