Ms. Scarlet C. Lowry, age 64, passed away Sunday, December 23, 2012 after a long illness. She was born in Paris, TN on September 15, 1948 to Howard & Betty (Swor) Lowry. Scarlet had been employed as a controller at a car dealership for years. SURVIVORS Husband, Douglas Loper; sons, Patrick Hinkley, Erik (Deb) Hinkley; daughter, Elizabeth (Larry) Forsythe; mother, Betty Lowry; 4 grandchildren; brothers, Joe (Barb) Lowry, Jim Lowry, Jeff (Katherine) Lowry; special friends, Ralph & Joanne Richards. SERVICE Services will be held at a later date. MEMORIAL: Holton-Twin Lake Lion's Club.
