Sandra "Sandy" Brinn

Mrs. Sandra Kay Brinn, age 64, joined her beloved parents and son in heaven on Friday, March 31, 2017 after a short battle with cancer. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on September 16, 1952 to Peter & Marjorie (Plescher) Heykoop and married James Brinn on January 16, 2006. Mrs. Brinn had been employed as a Quality Engineer for Wayburn Bartell for 11 years. Sandy, first and foremost, loved spending time with her family. She liked taking her grandchildren to feed the ducks & fish, playing games, traveling, camping and crocheting Christmas stockings for her many niece's and nephew's classroom parties. SURVIVORS Husband, James; son, Joe (Kasey) Bartholomew; stepson, Jeff Brinn; grandchildren, Kylie Bartholomew, CJ & Emily Brinn; brothers, Jim (Kris) Heykoop, Peter (Chris) Heykoop, Joe (Robin) Heykoop; sisters, Barb Heykoop, Brenda (David) Clark; brother-in-law, Richard Brinn; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Derek Bartholomew; brother-in-law, Dorel Brinn. MEMORIAL GATHERING Tuesday, April 4, 2017, 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm at Clock Funeral Home-Grand Haven.
