Sally Kuziak

Ms. Sally "Sandy" Kuziak, age 65, passed away Friday, August 17, 2007 at her home in Muskegon. She was born in Muskegon on September 16, 1941 to Barney and Eva (Suida) Kuziak and had been a life resident of the area. Sandy was a member of St. Michael's Catholic Church. She is SURVIVED by 1 brother, Jerry (Shirley) Kuziak; 2 sisters, Betty Hopkins and Lois (Jerry) Wiersma and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by 2 brothers, Barney Kuziak and Michael Kuziak and 1 sister, Patricia Hart. There will be no services for Ms. Kuziak.
