Ryan Jeremy Green 1974-2020 Ryan Jeremy Green, age 46, passed away Thursday, December 17, 2020. He was born at Hackley Hospital, Muskegon, Michigan on June 4, 1974 to James & Kathy (Hamel) R. Green. Ryan grew up in his generational family business and became a Master Machinist with his father as his Mentor. He was employed by the family business, Electronic Heat Treat (EHT), much of his life. He was also employed at Orion Machine and most recently, Kaydon. Ryan used his specialized skills and talents to explore his passion of history by volunteering on projects and the Board at the Muskegon Heritage Museum. He loved making local history "live." He had an eclectic taste and loved to watch travel shows and study recipes to make for family and friends on Sunday's while playing cards or cribbage. His hobbies also included gardening, reading, playing guitar, woodworking, travelling, hiking and camping. He loved live music and worked on staff at a variety of music festivals, including the Kerrville Folk Festival in Texas with his sister. He was an animal lover and often had a dog in his lap. Ryan is Survived by his parents, James & Kathy R. Green and sister, Jamie Lynn Green, and many Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, a wealth of friends, and his pet dog, Grindel. He is preceded in death by his grandparents, pets, and his best friend, Chadwick Balzer. In honor of Ryan's wishes, No Services will be held. The Green Family requests donations be made to Pound Buddies and the Muskegon Heritage Museum in lieu of flowers.
