Ruth E. Wormuth

WORMUTH, MRS. RUTH E. Clearwater, FL (formerly of Muskegon, MI) Mrs. Ruth Evelyn DeWitt Hanson Balkema Wormuth answered her Lord's call on February 14, 2006, to leave this life, and begin her new one in Heaven with Him and many of her loved ones who have gone on before. She was born in Muskegon, Michigan on October 16, 1918, and lived there until 1958 when she moved to Florida. There she was a member of Countryside Christian Center. She had a life-long love of music and singing. SURVIVORS Left behind to cherish her memories are her daughter and son-in-law, Karen and Jim Sorenson; her son and daughter-in-law, Steve and Elaine Balkema; four granddaughters, two grandsons, three great-granddaughters, and six great-grandsons, along with two sisters, Hazel DeMarr and Genevieve Greinke, and one brother, John DeWitt. Her memory will live forever in all of our hearts. SERVICE A service remembering her life will be held Saturday, February 18, 2006 at 2:00 PM at the Clock Chapel in Muskegon, MI. Interment will be at Norton Cemetery among her loved ones. "The body will return to the dust of the earth; and the spirit will return to God who gave it".
