Ruth Marie Welton

Mrs. Ruth M. Welton, age 73, died Friday, April 13, 2007. She was born in Baldwin, on November 6, 1933 to Charles & Alice (Lusk) Merrill and married George Welton on August 20, 1955. Mrs. Welton had been a homemaker. SURVIVORS Son, Charles (Suzanne) Welton of Grand Haven; 2 daughters, Brenda (Vern) DeJonge of Grand Haven and Carla Welton of Fruitport; 2 sisters, Nola (Roger) Trucks of Midland, MI and Lora (Pat) Clark of Baldwin, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband on July 7, 1996. MEMORIAL SERVICE Monday, April 16, 2007, 2:00 PM, at Fruitport Congregational United Church of Christ with Rev. Donald Wood officiating. VISITATION Monday, 1 hour prior to the service at Fruitport Congregational United Church of Christ. MEMORIAL: American Diabetes Association.
