NORDSTROM, MRS. RUTH ELAINE Muskegon, MI Mrs. Ruth Elaine Nordstrom, age 67, died Thursday, March 6, 2003. She was born in Muskegon, MI on July 17, 1935 to William & Anna Emmons Morse & married Paul Nordstrom on September 25, 1953 in Muskegon. Mrs. Nordstrom had been employed as a hairdresser at DeBoer Nursing Home for 28 years prior to retiring on January 3, 2003. She was a member of Lakeside Baptist Church having served as a Deaconess, Sunday School Teacher & Awana Leader. SURVIVORS Husband, Paul; 2 sons, David Carole Nordstrom & Daniel Kellie Nordstrom, both of Twin Lake, MI; 2 daughters, Mary Nordstrom of Muskegon, MI & Sarah Doug Peterson of Norton Shores, MI; 11 grandchildren, Angela Taylor, Mackenzie, Theran, Tabetha, Hannah & Spenser Nordstrom & Matthew, Jordan, Stephanie & Jennifer Peterson; special little friend, Caitlin Bechtel; 2 sisters, Joan James Deters of Muskegon, MI & Judith Loren Schultz of Holton, MI; 3 brothers, Lawrence Ruth Morse of Muskegon, MI, Roger Kelly Morse of Rothbury, MI & William Bev Morse of Twin Lake, MI. She was preceded in death by her father, William in 1969; mother, Anna in 2002; 1 brother, Howard in 2002 & by a son, Theran in 1954. SERVICE Monday, March 10, 2003, 2:00 PM at Lakeside Baptist Church with Rev. Ron Johnson officiating. Interment at East Dalton Oakhill Cemetery.
