Ruth Hansen

Ms. Ruth A. Hansen, age 69, passed away Saturday, March 31, 2012. She was born in Muskegon, MI on May 17, 1942 to Charles & Flossie (Leonard) Hansen. Ms. Hansen had been employed at Risk Insurance, Tuxbury Agency and Shoreline Insurance until retiring after which she worked part time at Rite Aid. She was a member of McGraft Memorial Congregational Church, 40 year member of the Vikings, and past President and life member of the Greater Muskegon Women's Bowling Association. Ruth was an avid golfer who loved to travel. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Brothers, Charles Hansen of Fruitport, Mark (Kimberly) Hansen of Ortonville; sister, Kristi (Thomas) Young of Spring Lake; nieces & nephews, Jill & Dana Young, Linsey & Lucas Hansen; many good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents. SERVICE Tuesday, April 10, 2012, 11:00 AM at McGraft Memorial Congregational Church with Rev. Dr. Gerald Wahr officiating. Interment at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. VISITATION Monday, 6-8 PM at Clock Life Story Funeral Home - Muskegon. MEMORIAL: To the Family.
