CARTER, MISS RUTH A. Muskegon, MI Miss Ruth A. Carter, age 56, died Monday, November 10, 2003. She was born in Muskegon, MI on August 7, 1947 to Shirley T. & Millie M. Hawkins Carter. Miss Carter had been employed as a dishwasher at Pizza Hut on Henry Street & loved to ride her three wheeled bicycle. SURVIVORS 1 sister, Elsie Reeves of Jackson, MI; several nieces & nephews; good friend, LeRoy Hart of Muskegon, MI & guardian, Betty Flaska of Ravenna, MI.
