Ruth D. Califf

Mrs. Ruth Darlene Califf, age 84, passed away Monday, February 26, 2018. She was born in Ludington, Michigan on May 9, 1933 to Gilbert & Lela (Favel) Sutton and married Melvin Califf on July 5, 1952. Mrs. Califf had been employed at Sears and then for Fountain Inn until retiring. Ruth enjoyed camping, wintering in Florida, moving to Florida and ceramics. She will be greatly missed. SURVIVORS Son, Ronald (Minjae) Califf of Muskegon; daughter, Judy Ketner of Muskegon; sister, Arlene Cichun of Muskegon; brother-in-law, Louis Califf of Boyne City; sister-in-law, Eleanor Califf of Grant; many nieces, nephews & cousins; her cat, Katie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Melvin in 2010, parents and granddaughter, Lela Johnson. SERVICE Per her wishes, no services will be held.
