Russell James Scott, age 87, passed away Monday, May 22, 2023. He was born in Muskegon, MI on June 29, 1935 to Jacob & Nellie (Medendorp) Scott. Married Marva Lawrence on June 29, 1984. Russell had worked as a custodian for Muskegon Public Schools for 35 years until retiring. He attended New Heart Community Church and enjoyed driving and delivering for Meals On Wheels.
SURVIVORS
Wife, Marva; stepson, Ronald Stewart; stepdaughter, Susan (Jeff) Helder; grandchildren, Tim, Amanda, Ronnie, Cheyanne, Angelina, Jeffery, and Christopher; brother, Harry Scott. He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
