Ruby P. Erbes

Mrs. Ruby P. Erbes, age 95, died Sunday, March 2, 2008. She was born in Fairmont, NC on January 22, 1913 to Carl & Mary (Ashley) McLean & married John H. Erbes, Jr. on November 27, 1935 in Muskegon, MI. Mrs. Erbes had been employed as a secretary at the Boy Scout Office in Muskegon for 8 years until 1950. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church since June 12, 1925. SURVIVORS Daughter Nancy (Therran) Schultz, grandson Robert (Diane) Youngo and great-granddaughters Brooke and Shelby Youngo, grandson Steve (Marianne) Youngo and great-grandchildren Wesley and Sarah Youngo, grandsons Richard and Larry Youngo; daughter Diane (Carl) Lindstrom, grandson Eric (Angie) Lindstrom and great-grandchildren Liam and Keira Lindstrom, grandson Kurt (Katie) Lindstrom and great-grandson Konnor Lindstrom. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1983 and a son, David in 1941. SERVICE Thursday, March 6, 2008, 11:00 AM at Clock Chapel with Rev. Dr. Randall R. Hansen and Chaplain Jan Johnson officiating. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery. VISITATION Wednesday, 4-7 PM at Clock Life Story Funeral Home. MEMORIAL: Christian Care Sr. Care Community or Central United Methodist Church.
