Ruben John Salazar

Ruben J. Salazar Sr. age 75 passed away on June 11th, 2023 at Trinity Health in Muskegon Mi. Due to lung cancer. Ruben enjoyed spending time with family. On his free time Ruben enjoyed playing pool with family and friends. He had worked at K&L industries and retired from Adac Automotive. Ruben was a Veteran, he fought in the Korean War. Ruben is survived by his son Ruben Salazar Jr. His daughter Jennifer Salazar, 6 grandchildren; Jennafer Bridenstine, Ruben Salazar III, Dakota Johnson, Amiya Salazar, Phoenix Johnson and Gracelyn Salazar. 3 great grandchildren; Payton Lofgren, Paxton Lofgren and Zailee Salazar. Ruben is proceeded in death by his mother; Felipa (Martinez) Salazar father; Caterino Salazar Sister; Mercades Martinez His brothers; Joe Salazar, Delores Salazar, Hinacho Salazar, Emmanuel Salazar. Nieces; Julie Salazar- Mullins, Virginia Salazar, Angela Salazar. Nephew Roy Salazar. A celebration of life will be held at McGraft park June 24,2023 from 3-8pm. Arrive early for games and raffles. A funeral will be held at a later date. Burial will be in Hart, Mi. If you would like to donate to his funeral/ cremation you may do so at Clock funeral home.
