Rosella Sanderson

Mrs. Rosella M. Sanderson, age 87, passed away Saturday, June 6, 2015. She was born in Muskegon Township, Michigan on November 22, 1927 to Dennis & Pearl (Harper) Jewett and married Darma Sanderson on December 21, 1944. Mrs. Sanderson had been a manager at the Getty Inn for over 20 years. Rosella was a loving mother and grandmother who was the best neighbor and Bingo player. She also enjoyed morning coffee with friends and afternoons on her front porch. SURVIVORS Daughter, Sharon Shaw of Muskegon; granddaughter, Sarah Shaw of Muskegon; several nieces & nephews and special friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Darma; son-in-law, James Shaw; siblings, Catherine Bushee, Mabel Cline, Olive Taylor & James Jewett. SERVICE Saturday, June 20, 2015, 11:00 am and visitation one hour prior to the service at Evanston Avenue Baptist Church, 1188 Evanston Ave., Muskegon MI with Rev. Matt Sharpe officiating.
