Rose Mary Stamper

Mrs. Rose Mary Stamper, age 92, passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016. She was born in Muskegon Heights, Michigan on September 13, 1923 to Sam & Magdalena (Holkovich) Pastucha and married John Stamper on June 4, 1949. Mrs. Stamper had been a loving wife, mother, grandmother and friend whose door was always open. Rose was a member of Prince of Peace Catholic Church where she managed the distribution of donated goods to those who needed some help. She was also active in the VFW White Lake Post #3256 Auxiliary and First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association #445. SURVIVORS Sons, Michael (April) Stamper of Montague, Timothy Stamper of Whitehall; grandchildren, Mark Stamper & Maya Stamper-Radamaker; great grandchildren, Kollin, Alia, Braxton & Ellie. She was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1980; son, Terrance in 1981; brothers, Steve sisters, Mary & Ann. SERVICE A Private family service will be held at a later date. MEMORIAL: Prince of Peace Catholic Church.
